The CGM for REAL LIFE

Eversense is the only long-term CGM system with 6 months of real-time glucose readings and only 2 sensors per year. Because you have life to manage, not just diabetes.

Benefits of switching to Eversense

Eversense E3 is the only CGM that offers more flexibility with a single implanted sensor. You get 6 months of continuous real-time glucose readings which means only two sensor replacements and warm up periods per year.

Only Eversense has a removable transmitter that can be taken on and off without wasting a sensor. And unlike other short-term CGMs, with Eversense you’ll get on-body vibe alerts that can discreetly notify when you’re experiencing highs or lows.

How Eversense Works

Eversense gives you real-time glucose readings through a small sensor that’s placed just under the skin of your upper arm by a healthcare professional. The smart transmitter sits above the sensor, sending glucose data to your app.

Sensor

The sensor is inserted in the upper arm by an Eversense Inserter in a simple in-office procedure and continuously measures glucose for 6 months. That's only two sensors per year - say goodbye to self-insertions every 10-14 days!

Smart Transmitter

Worn over the sensor, the rechargeable transmitter wirelessly sends data to your mobile device; the easy-on, easy-off smart transmitter* and gentle, daily use adhesive allow you to take a break without wasting a sensor.

Mobile App

The intuitive app provides you with real-time glucose readings that are updated every 5 minutes, these readings provide predictive alerts for highs and lows. The data collected can then be shared with up to 5 people, so your friends and family members can stay informed remotely through the Eversense NOW app.

Questions? We’re here to help.

Some short-term CGMs require up to 52 self insertions a year and can require you to use long wear adhesives that may irritate the skin. But Eversense only requires 2 sensor replacements a year and has a removable transmitter* that uses mild daily adhesives that are gentle on the skin.

Depending on your specific insurance plan, there could be differences in cost. We are happy to help you navigate getting more information about your insurance coverage. Just fill out the 'Get Started' form, and we will be happy to contact you.

Insertion and removal process normally takes a few minutes each and heals within a few days. First, the inserter will make a small incision approximately 5mm in the upper arm after the skin has been numbed using local anesthesia. Then, they’ll place the sensor using a tubular device. Once the sensor is placed, they’ll use Steri-strips™ to close. Some compare to a dentist visit or a blood draw!

To be eligible for Eversense you must be an adult with diabetes and an insulin user. You’ll need to answer a few short questions about yourself and your current care and insurance. From there we use that intake form to help connect you with an Eversense representative.
