● Your doctor must give you a prescription in order to obtain Medicare reimbursement.
● Remember to ask your doctor to specify "Do Not Substitute" on the prescription to ensure that you receive the CONTOUR^® NEXT brand.
● Then, you can take your prescription to your local pharmacy, hospital or clinic pharmacy, medical equipment supplier, or Medicare mail order contract supplier.
● You may want to call your chosen supplier to ensure that they sell CONTOUR^® NEXT test strips and that they will assist you in filing your claim.

With your CONTOUR^®CHOICE card, eligible privately insured customers can save up to $105 per month on your test strip copays, and up to $66 per month if you are a cash paying patient.† PATIENTS are responsible for any remaining balance after discount is applied. Yes, the CONTOUR^®CHOICE card savings are good on test strips used exclusively with CONTOUR^® and CONTOUR^®NEXT branded meters.

The CONTOUR^®NEXT ONE meter can be paired with the CONTOUR^®DIABETES app and is hence part of the CONTOUR^® Connected meter portfolio.

There are two ways you can set up your CONTOUR^® Connected meter: on the meter itself, or by using the CONTOUR^®DIABETES app.

For instructions on initial setup from the meter itself, please see the User Guide that you received with your meter.

To set up your meter from the app, download the CONTOUR^®DIABETES app, open the app, tap ‘Get started’ and follow the instructions. This will set up the meter and app at the same time.

You can switch the meter on by either:

– Pressing and holding down the large, round button on the side of the CONTOUR^®NEXT ONE meter until it turns on.

or

– Inserting a test strip into the meter (this will automatically turn the meter on)
